Rise'N Shine
This document describes the agreement between you and the provider of the Rise'N Shine app. By creating an account and using the app, you accept the terms below.
Rise'N Shine is a mobile app that delivers, every morning at the hour you choose, a personalised package made of a motivational message, an image, a music recommendation and weather information, together with short breathing and movement practices, weekly reflections and a personal journal.
The content is generated automatically, based on your preferences. We do not guarantee that a particular message, image or track will appear on a particular day.

The first 10 days are free and give you access to every feature. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first payment is taken.
The exact price is the one Google Play shows you before you confirm, in your country's currency. Prices differ between countries.
The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. The amount is charged through your Google Play account up to 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation happens in your Google Play account, not in the app:
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is charged after that. If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged at all.
Payment is processed by Google Play. We have no access to your card details and never store them. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's policy and are made through Google, not through us. If a problem arises that Google cannot resolve, write to us and we will try to help.
As a consumer in the European Union you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may lapse once you begin using the service. In practice, the 10-day free trial gives you broader protection: you can walk away at any point during it, at no cost.
Rise'N Shine is a subscription app. Using it requires an active subscription or a trial in progress. There is no permanent free version with reduced features.
An active subscription gives you everything: the personalised morning package, voice narration, the guided practices, weekly reflections, the journal, music recommendations and the archive of your mornings. During the 10-day trial you have exactly the same access, with nothing held back.
When the trial ends without a subscription, or when a subscription lapses, the app stays installed and your account and data remain intact — but the content screens are no longer reachable until the subscription is active again. From that screen you can always restore a purchase, sign out, or delete your account.
Any new features we introduce are part of the same subscription. If we ever decide to offer a free version as well, we will tell you in the app beforehand.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules. If that happens, we will tell you why.
The messages, reflections, practices and recommendations in Rise'N Shine are intended for daily inspiration and wellbeing.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic or any other professional advice and are not a substitute for consulting a professional. If you are going through a difficult period or have a health concern, please speak to a doctor or a psychologist.
Movement and breathing practices are performed at your own risk. If you have a condition that might prevent them, consult your doctor first.
The Rise'N Shine name, design, texts, code and visual materials belong to the provider or are used under valid licences. Content generated for you is made available for your personal use. You may not resell it or publish it as your own creation in a commercial context.
The reflections you keep in your journal belong to you. We do not use them for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
We do everything we can to make the app work daily and on time, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on external providers — weather forecasting, content generation, voice synthesis, notification delivery — and on your phone's settings, in particular battery-saving restrictions, which can delay a notification.
We may interrupt the service temporarily for maintenance. When it is planned, we announce it in advance.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app — for instance an undelivered notification or an inaccurate forecast. Nothing in this document limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. The date in the header shows the last change. For an important change — in particular a change in price — we will notify you in the app at least 30 days in advance, and if you disagree you may cancel the subscription before the new price applies.
You may close your account at any time, from Settings. On closure, your personal data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. An active subscription must be cancelled separately, in Google Play — deleting the account in the app does not by itself stop the billing.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you live in another European Union member state, you continue to benefit from the mandatory protections of your own country's law.
If we have a disagreement, write to us first — most are resolved in an exchange of messages. You also have access to the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
